CooliCool exists since 2010 and is a webshop from Shenzhen, China. In addition there is a department store (distribution center) in Europe what extra fast delivery.
Directly at the opening of the website shows that the whole width of your screen is used, this seems safe, but actually it is the design did not build and results in large white areas in the center next to the large offer. The website has a standard format and responds nice smooth. Search on multiple search terms goes well. The result is relevant, but what is most striking is that there are no filtering is possible on the basis of the result.
You will see on the left side is a list of categories, but which are independent of your search terms and is very confusing in use. The opening of a product page from your search result opens a new tab and that is weird and extremely awkward. A product page is ok but there is everything said, you find all the information you need, but due to the design of the website is fundamentally wrong for wide screens is there just not good.
The range is pretty standard with electronics, gadgets, lighting, clothing and watches. What is striking is that there is little real low geprijste articles. You can see many webshops many articles to 2 dollars, that see you at CooliCool. Not bad, but it is not. How large the range is further, is not really clear. What is on the homepage is striking is the focus on smartphones.
Order Process: Ordering – PAYMENT – Shipping
Ordering is fairly simple. Create an account, article in cart, paying through Paypal and wait for your product. It is striking that there is no free shipping is offered. In addition I had an article in the clearance chosen (clearance) and that was probably sold out, because 4 Hours later I got a refund email. The refund late three days to wait for it, this is likely due to the weekend. A second test failed order unfortunately also during the order goes there is something wrong, making the payment fails, this is because my CooliCool to clutch with Paypal is simply in order.

Account and customer loyalty
In your account you will find the standard data. Striking is poor your order overview. I have two unsuccessful orders, but you see not to your order overview. I see a counter that i total three orders have but physically i see there is only 1 in the list. What further striking is the absence of a reward system/point system.
Support and community
As a result of my second failed order i have a mail sent to CooliCool with the complaint about the first order and the question of whether the second order is still on the status can be paid. Where appropriate by a payment from my side. The mail that i got neatly within 1 working day, but the answer was very unclear. I could not find out exactly where the reply now was based (what order), and the response was certainly not solution-oriented.
Contact CooliCool can in principle only via email. In addition there is of course the social media Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+ where you can take an attempt to come into contact. Finally there is a forum where you can also to ask questions and that is having regard to the number of posts the only where the community is used for.
